Why the need for a personal chef?

I know that I want to use Morsel’s service. What next?
Great! We will have an initial consultation to determine if you and your home is ready for a personal chef. This typically takes place over the phone, text, and email. Notes will be taken to determine likes and dislikes, must-haves and absolutely no’s, etc. by Chef Megan. Or a new client form will be filled out. Please see Terms of Use for our payment process. Please note, we work for clients that require a service at least a week in advance. This offers Chef Megan the opportunity to meet and understand the client, discover his or her requirements, and draft a menu that suits all. It is imperative that clients seeking a personal chef understand this is a personal, one-on-one service and it does take time for Chef Megan to understand the needs of her clients. Many phone calls and email exchanges take place to determine the right fit for everyone. Once a menu is set, a date and time is chosen, and all the details are arranged, Chef Megan will get to work and prepare an unforgettable meal for you and your household or guests!
