What information do we collect?

We manually collect information from you when you contact us on our site at morselchef.com and its related pages (together the “Site”). When registering on the Site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, and personal message. We also automatically store IP addresses.

Morsel does not store credit card information on our servers. All credit card information supplied for payments is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our third-party payment processor’s database.

We use cookies to understand and save your preferences for future visits.

Childrens’ online privacy protection

The use of the Morsel Site and Services is only for persons age 18 or older. Morsel does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of 18. If Morsel learns that a person under the age of 18 has provided information, Morsel will delete the information and record.

Transfer of website ownership

In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or sale of the ownership interests in Morsel, Morsel may sell, share or transfer some or all of its assets, including Users’ account information, to new owners.

Legal obligation to share information

Morsel will comply with the law in the event of outreach by government, law enforcement officials or private parties with a legal right to request and obtain certain information. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that sharing Users’ account information is necessary under the law, including, but not limited to, such circumstances as the receipt of subpoenas, we will share such information.
